Collin Hatch '17 Recruiting Profile

Team first, self second! I'm a hard worker dedicated to constantly learning more about this game and improve my skills.  I believe my best days of football are still ahead and relish the opportunity to play at the next level.  My dad is 6'4" and grew 3 inches his freshman year in college so I may add a few inches still.

This past year, a week before the season started, my coaches requested that I move to DE for the year since we had three Division I commits at Safety.   While this is not my normal position I agreed with no hesitation - anything to help my TEAM out!  

This year, due to injuries to other players, the coaches came to me after the 1st week of the season and asked me to play DE along with LB.  I am a versatile athlete that can play LB, Safety, or add a few pounds and play DE with my speed.
