My goal at the collegiate level is to become the next best thing. I wanna be able to contribute to the team and make sure that I can get a good education and be able to become the person the team can depend on, on and off the field. Being a leader has always been something that i’ve wanted to do. Being a freshmen and swinging on varsity for practice and games during the season was a great experience and made me a better man. Sophomore year was amazing, obtaining a 2nd Team All-Conference accolade was the best thing that happened. Junior year was a combination of me putting everything forward and putting the pieces together. I understand how it feels to be on a winning team, I know how much you have to work for it, and never quit or doubt yourself. Whether that be in the classroom or on the field. Being hard working and determined is what drives me to try and compete at the collegiate level and become the best player I can.
I have a 3.0 Gpa and I am apart of the Black Student Union. I’ve organized racial equality sessions between people of color and allies so we can help understand and respect the thoughts and boundaries of everyone on earth. I participate in the community by helping people mow lawns, clean trash, move housing.
