I've been playing football since around 1st grade with Peewee football. I've always been bigger and stronger than most kids around me and this translated to football too. I've been strong enough to get serious playing time even as a freshman and have started varsity ever since being a sophomore. I'm quite agile and fast for my size and have worked a lot on technique so I could dominate even those few stronger than me. I was always strong enough but junior year I realized that if I wanted to be really good then I'd need to hit the weight room as much as I could. In around 6 months my bench went from 205 to 300 and my squat and deadlift has also improved quite a lot. I've been playing for a long time and I'm quite smart, based off my grades, so I have good game sense and can usually tell what plays will and wont before we ever run them. I am a good well rounded offensive line man with size, strength, agility, and game sense.
