Michael Klapp '19 Recruiting Profile

What makes me a good candidate for your football team is the fact that I have never been into any trouble with the police or my school and every one of my coaches knows that I am a good kid. I also work hard in and out of the classroom everyday to make sure that I am prepared for whatever assignment is next. I am different from other recruits because will try my best to unify the team as a family and create chemistry rather than some others who will treat certain teammates differently for ridiculous reasons.  Another trait that I have which separates me from other athletes is the fact that I still interact with younger kids. Most of the students in my grade try their best to avoid children which doesn't seem acceptable to me. Children need a role model to look up to, and over here in Sherwood, every elementary and middle school student looks to be the next Bowmen athlete. The football players stand out the most because we host camps in the summertime for young football players who look up to the high school players.
