When I was in first grade we moved from eastern Pennsylvania to western Pennsylvania into Indiana School District, we then moved again the summer I was in second grade. I was having trouble making friends and so when my school offered football in third grade I wanted to try it. This is when I fell in love with it and made some really good friends. Through the years football has taught me patience, from dealing with players from opposing teams to helping the younger players on our team learn their positions. One of the challenges I face playing football is my height, being 5'7" I always tend to be one of the shortest players on the field. My greatest strength is my ability to read the opposing teams plays.
My goal for the future is to continue to achieve high academically by being on distinguished honor roll again this year while being in advanced classes. I am looking forward to taking independent study physics next year to help pursue my goal of getting a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on robotics while playing football.
