Aidan Thompson '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aidan Thompson, and I am from Abilene, Texas. I am a 6'-4" 16-year old 190 lbs Junior Pro-Style quarterback. As I begin my second year as a Varsity starter at Abilene Cooper High School (District 2-5A DI UIL Texas), I have been honored by our team and voted to be a Captain.  As a Captain, it will be through Service that I will Lead and I will Serve through Leadership. I am a student-athlete who plays multiple sports. I am serious about my education and I currently have a GPA of 3.83 out of 4 while taking Advanced Placement classes. Being a student athlete at the next-level has always been my dream, and I believe that I have the discipline and the work ethic to make this dream a reality. My first two years at Cooper have been great, and I am excited about my next 2 years of high school. I intend to make every practice, lift, meeting, and game an opportunity to get stronger—mentally and physically—and better, putting myself in the best possible position to make a positive impact on the team I am blessed to be a part of.
