Caden Anderson '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Matthew ‘Caden’ Anderson and I am a member of the reigning  Back-to-Back and 9-Time Texas 5A Division II State Champion Aledo Bearcats Varsity Football Team. I was a part of the Varsity team during the playoffs both my Freshman and Sophomore years (2017-2018), starting on special teams both seasons and also playing position play at DE my Sophomore year. I started at DE in all 16 games my Junior year (2019) earning 1st Team Defense -  All District, 1st Team Defense - All Parker County, and 1st Team Defense - All State in the Padilla Poll.

Academically, I consistently take Pre-AP and AP level classes, and I am a member of the National Honor Society. I am looking forward to pursuing a degree in Animal Science or Education in my college education.

I have been passionate about the game of football since an early age and dream of playing at the collegiate level. I feel that with dedication and hard work that I can be an asset to any team at that level.
