Aric Phillips '18 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to receive an athletic scholarship which will assist me in attaining a health and science degree. I want to attend a college and be surrounded with people who have my best interest in mind. I am willing to dedicate my myself in the classroom and on the field. 

I believe I am a good candidate for your team because of my size, which makes me capable to play the will linebacker or in the box strong safety. I am a physical player and I am able to drop into pass coverage. I have played the linebacker position in an even and odd front.

What makes me different from other recruits is my character which has been modeled by my parents. Both parents are US Navy Veterans. My father is an active 19 year police veteran. Their character and hard work has greatly influenced mine, being respectful and hard work is in embedded in me. I am a firm believer in the doing the right thing.
