First, I want to thank you for this amazing opportunity. I believe what makes me a good candidate for your team is that I strive to be the best I can be. I work hard each day to better myself not only in my sports but also in becoming a young man. My college goal is to be able to continue to compete in the sport I love all while furthering my education in Teaching. I also believe that I can contribute to your team because of the following reasons.  I stay focused, keep my teammates engaged (win or lose), I work hard and I always strive to be better than I was the day before, I'm dedicated and I also keep up with my grades. I'm coachable and willing to put in the effort to take on and learn the most my position or any position that I'm placed in.  I may only be a Freshman but I’ve been looking forward to this opportunity since I was in the 3rd grade. An opportunity to grow, lead, inspire and continue my passion.
