Personal Statement

It is an incredible privilege to be a qb. I possess the determination, dedication and commitment it takes to excel in this position and lead a team to be successful in games.  I am competitive, coachable, mentally tough, and ready to do whatever it takes.

I believe my faith along with my integrity, grit, positive attitude and strong leadership skills will help us reach our team goals athletically and academically.  I am able to meet guys where they are and encourage them to play at their greatest potential.  I will motivate our team to embrace the vision of the  coaching staff and our school.

After the 2014 season, my high school position coach said that I am "the first in the locker room and the last to leave. Busts his tail in the weight room." Also, "Never shows fault or disbelief in systems in down and distance situations.  Performs at a high level at all times." "Full trust in making correct and right decisions in games, whether running or throwing the ball.  Players rallied behind (me), showing their trust in (me) as well."   I am determined to win and will not be content with "enough".

I push myself and our team after a win to continue to improve and get ready for the next game.  I always strive to be the hardest working guy on and off the field.  I also constantly work on improving my skills to be able to compete at a high level and I expect that from my teammates.

I dream of having the opportunity to play college football at the highest level and earn a college degree maintaining a high GPA.  I understand the importance of graduating with a college degree for a successful future. I am considering a major in engineering, meteorology or possibly in the field of law enforcement within a federal government agency. It is my desire to serve my team, coaches, university, and the community in which I live.  I will be an excellent ambassador for the university and our football team.

Thank you for taking the time to view my NCSA profile.

Sincerely,

Rocky Fraid

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
