My name is Marshall Lefferts, and I'm a 6'4, 300-lb offensive guard in the Class of 2014 at the Episcopal School of Dallas in Dallas, Texas. I have been playing varsity football at ESD since my freshman year, and I have been a captain my junior and senior years. I have been a starter all four years. This past summer, I was part of the USA Football Men's U-18 International Games, where I was a captain on the Blue team, who went undefeated against the other three groupings of the Nation's best young athletes.
I currently have a 3.0 GPA, and I scored a 29 on the ACT and an 1840 on the SAT. I speak fluent French, and I have received several national honors for my foreign language skills. I am also proficient in Spanish. I threw shotput during my freshman and sophomore year, however I decided to leave Track to train for Football. From two weeks after the end of my junior season in November 2012 to the beginning of two-a-days in August 2013, I was on the field and in the weightroom every week.
I'd like to play for a program and a school that is competitive and has a strong sense of community, along with competitive academics.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact my coach, Clayton Sanders, or my College Counselor, Bonnie McCown.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks,
Marshall Lefferts
