I have found a lot of enjoyment in my time playing football and would like to continue to play at the collegiate level. I like every aspect of the game whether it be watching film to get better or hitting people in games. I also enjoy coaching up my teammates when they aren't understanding something about a play and helping them get better at what they need to do. because of this I feel that this is one of the reasons I've been selected as a team captain this upcoming season
I am a hard working individual that doesn't stop improving both athletically and in the classroom. As soon as practice is over I'll be in the weight room ready to get back to work. During football games I'm dedicated to motivating my defense from the sideline and my offense in the huddle.
I think that what makes me different from other recruits is my willingness to be coachable to whatever I'm taught and my ability to play through adversity. My sophomore year my wrist was fractured halfway through a game and played through the rest of the game. I feel that what sets me apart from others is my physicality throughout a football game and drive to play my best football regardless of challenges. This past year I also managed to be a starter on the varsity offensive line and be a productive member of my high schools marching band in both football games and marching contests. I have been committed to band and football for 3 years while also managing to keep a 3.5 weighted GPA in a competitive 6A school.
