Lucas Vargas '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been focused on reaching my goals for years.  My goal is to play football on the D1 level and earn a degree in business.   Playing football in college has been a dream since I was able to walk.  I'm committed to do well in school and on the field to keep focused on reaching my goal to do both at the next level. With my father playing college football at the university of Florida and my cousin playing at Penn, football has always been a big deal for my family. 

I'm a good candidate for your team because I'm a leader on and off the field, study the game, always listening for feedback to play better and am focused to win my match-up every time.  I will give you everything I have every play.   I work to learn my position and the positions around me so I can help our team win.  My mom and dad have also taught me how important getting your degree is in life so I put in the hours to be sure my grades remain strong.
