Throughout my career in playing football and baseball, my teams have never really been successful. I have been apart of many organizations that have either had a losing record, or bad seasons. Though some may think that it is hard to lose, and that winning is everything, they most likely don't share the same idea that I do on how there is so much more to the game than a score or record. Overtime I have realized that winning is not everything, but the relationships, and friendships that you build with your teammates and coaches is everything. Yes, winning is a great thing, but in the end, records are not what defines a team, but the bond that they have will bring out the true value in that group.
