Being a student Athlete I have learned a lot about my self through Football and competing in track. My journey to success started when I was young, and could accompany my mother who was a Highschool Volleyball Coach. I watched my Father lead men in the Military as he is now a retired Navy Senior Chief, and has continued in his second career as a Football/Basketball/Track coach in Liberty Hill ISD. I used to admire the players as I watched every style, difference in the application of techniques, and skills. Both my parents played there sports in College as well, both of them have the passion to develop all the players that they have lead or coached. I decided to start playing football in second grade where I fell in love with the sport and competing. Playing on a team added to my abilities as a leaders and be the example for all to follow. I envision myself playing as long as I can.
I thrive in a team sport concept. I have developed skills being a team that I can use in my everyday life, on how to work together with people who have different backgrounds and still be able to get the job done.
In the classroom I have straight As. I have goals to keep those grades all the way through college, as I have ambitions to attend a program and study Pre-med. With my rigorous academic schedule and athletic schedule I have learned to balance my schedule. My goals are high with continued hard work and dedication to my goals I will achieve them.
