Mac Horton '28 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mac Horton and I am a member of the Class of 2028.  I am an offensive lineman passionate about both football and academics. My goal at the collegiate level is to contribute to a team that values discipline, teamwork, and hard work. I bring a relentless work ethic on the field, always striving to improve my technique, strength, and mental toughness. Off the field, I am dedicated to my academics, balancing a rigorous workload with my athletic commitments. I have a desire to pursue a premed tract, and want to attend an institution that allows me to do that.  

What sets me apart is my commitment to both personal and team growth. I don’t just focus on my individual performance—I believe in supporting my teammates and making those around me better. I am driven by the mentality that success is built on consistent effort, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. I enjoy the journey of working to get better because I know the games are only a small part of the overall football experience. I’m excited for the opportunity to bring that mindset to your program and contribute in any way I can.
