Edward Montanez '27 Recruiting Profile

I am a sophomore / soon to be junior at PSJA Southwest Early College Highschool that wants to go to college to pursue a higher education in sports medicine.

I have played multiple positions including running back, quarter back, tight end, middle linebacker, and outside linebacker. Through this experience, I have learned to diversify my abilities & adapt wherever the team needs me the most. I believe in assisting others that need help understanding the game to the best of my abilities so they can exceed their own expectations. I believe in the concept of teamwork and dedication, understanding of the game can improve the overall results of the team. With that been said, I also believe that my education is a priority.   I have pushed my self to meet both the academic & athletic standards because one with out the other is not my expectation.  I exceed 100% of all I do because I want to dedicate my energy in being successful.
