Isaiah Champagne '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Isaiah Champagne. I am currently a starting WR, playing for the Pieper High School (Warriors) out of San Antonio, TX.

Before moving to Texas, I attended Cecilia High School in Louisiana where I played Varsity as a Freshman & Sophomore. In the 21-22 season we finished our season 11-3 & 22-23 season our record was 8-4. While there I was blessed to play on both sides of the ball, WR & S.

Now as a starting Junior for Pieper High School I am averaging 90+ yards (receiving & rushing combined) and 1 TD per game. This season, I was Offensive Player of the game twice and we finished our season 12-2. Our team became District Champs, Bi-District Champs and Regional Semi-final Champs before getting eliminated in the 4th round of the playoffs. My end of season stats are as follows: 

72 catches = 1,018 yds

2 carries = 42 yds

9 TD’s

I have been selected by Pieper High School to attend the 2023-2024 Student Leadership Summit. Some of my interests are fashion, music, art, video games and participating in training sessions to improve my skills while currently holding a GPA of 3.0

When I’m not competing on my High School  football team, I’m playing 7v7 (TX Affiliated), attending camps & national combines. I was awarded MVP at the Kevin Faulk Football Camp. In the off season I’m competing in numerous track & field events. My areas of competition are 4x1, 4x4, 110 & 300 hurdles and also the high jump.

I plan on studying Sports Management or Business while in college. 

Football has been a huge part of my life as it has taught me the definition of teamwork, discipline and  accountability. I have a great desire to win and strongly believe that my leadership & experience is a great asset to my team. I am a hardworking student-athlete who is excited to play at the college level.
