My name is Camden Capehart and I am a sophomore at Winnsboro High School. I am a multi-sport athlete where I start as a wide receiver on the Varsity football team, starter on the Varsity baseball team where I am a starting left fielder, Varsity track where I was a Regional Qualifier in the 200m dash running a 22.03, and Regional Qualifier in the 4x400 relay, where I ran a split time of 49 sec. my freshman year; and Class 3A State Champion in the 100m dash my sophomore year where I ran a 10.44, and also broke a 20 year record in the Atkins Relays at White Oak, TX in the 100m dash running a 10.08 laser time. I also play 7 on 7 for C4 Sports and Performance. Football is my favorite sport. I feel that my fast speed, route running and my football IQ sets me apart from other athletes. I am a very coachable athlete, a great team player, and always try to maintain a positive attitude and find ways to become better. I also try to be a good role model for younger athletes in my small community.
Although I am very involved in school sports, I always strive to maintain good grades which is very important to me. I plan on going to college to major in Sports Medicine and play football. My hobbies are hanging out with my family and friends, tubing at the lake, and working out.
Good grades, character, working hard and putting time in all areas of my sports, along with being a coachable athlete, will help me continue to be a successful athlete for years to come!
