Christopher Harkins '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christopher Harkins. I am 5'11" and weigh 165 pounds. I have a burning passion and a genuine love for the game that is unparalleled. I am the first person in the weight room and the last person out of the gate. I dream of the chance to play football after high school. I have a terrific work ethic and have played multiple positions including; O line, D line , linebacker, safety, corner, tightend, wide receiver, place kicker, and starting quarterback my freshman year. I have spent many hours watching film to read defenses so that I may find holes and openings as a receiver and a quarterback. You might say I am a student of the game. I may not be the fastest receiver on the team but I will make the reception for the first down. I consider dropped passes and missed opportunities to be unacceptable. I am self-motivated and have the ability to lead and motivate others around me. I feel that I would be an asset to any program. To me football is much more than a game, it’s a way of life.
