I believe being coachable is the #1 attribute of a successful athlete. I have always been a coachable athlete because I know there is always something I can learn at the positions I play. I am a hard worker on and off the field and work hard towards staying in shape for the sports I play. I know, this often overlooked part of preparation will pay off in the future by building strength and endurance both, mentally and physically.
