Jaxen Matheny '27 Recruiting Profile

Since I started playing football at the age of 5, my dream has always been to go professional, whether that meant changing my position, dealing with injuries, or just all around putting in the effort. My collegiate goal is to get a full scholarship to Washington University and win a National Championship, but I don't just want to be known as a football player but also a very intelligent individual. Once I'm done with that I want to play in the NFL and have a long career. What makes me a great candidate for any college roster is the fact that I will always maintain high grades, treat others will respect, and I will always stay humble, and do my job. One of the things that makes me different from other candidates is my ability under pressure, when you need a good snap to win or save a game, I'm your guy.
