My main goal for going to college is to get a degree in mathematics with an emphasis in statistics and to start as soon as possible at outside linebacker for a football team that wants a player that is hard working, has a high football IQ, plays fast, loves to make tackles and is a great teammate.
I believe and have been told that I’m an intelligent football player. This enables me to play fast on defense. This has come from 10 years of playing football and studying film and tendencies of opposing teams. I have great technique in tackling and have been told that also. I will bring a high football team IQ to at football team and play fast and make tackles.
I’m great teammate and believe in playing for the team. This is evidence as being voted by my teammates for team awards for two years as the “Always Rising” player, one year as the “G.R.I.T” player one year as a speaker for the team. I believe that when I excel at my position that teammates on the team will be motivated to excel at their positions and bring success to the team.
I have many good character attributes that will help any team that I play on. My number one asset is that I’m a dedicated hard worker on and off the field. I’m considered very athletic participating in 4-5 sports a year up through eighth grade and a three sport athletic between 9th and 11th grade, three years as a varsity, swimmer, two years as a varsity football and baseball player. For all most of my life I have played a sport through all the 4 seasons. Playing three sports and working to obtain a 3.6 GPA takes hard work. Also, many consider me just a “good guy”.
I love playing football and have a passion for winning, working hard, working out and being a great teammate. I study film of the games and listen to coaches to constantly improve my football skills.
