Im Dustin Burns, starting DE/TE for Lewis & Clark High school in Spokane, Washington. I’m heading into my senior year, coming off a season where I missed 3 games due to an injury. Since that season, my 3 focuses have been to get better in the classroom, get bigger/faster, and work on my technique. Prioritizing those 3 things in my life has made a major difference in everything. I brought up my GPA by a considerable amount, I bench and clean the most at my school, and I have the 2nd fastest 40 time at 4.68. Spring ball this year has shown me that everything I worked on is paying off, especially in the one on one drills against state contenders. I classify myself as a pass rusher, quickly getting off the edge. My coaches and I are very excited to see what’s in store for my senior season, and I can’t wait. In college, I would like to pursue physical therapy. I’m more than happy to talk to schools from any level. Thank you for your time
