Football has always been a passion of mine. I started playing tackle football in the 2nd grade and through the years, defense has always been my favorite, earning a starting position as ILB on Varsity as a sophomore.  Playing Varsity has always been a goal of mine along with playing in college. While playing high school football, I have learned how important it is to train year round, such as weight lifting with teammates, speed classes, and track and field.  My goal now is to become one of the best high school linebackers and play college football. I realize leadership is important and I try to lead by example everyday. This past year I was voted to a Leadership Group within the Varsity football team and have learned teaching others how to be a team player. I realize to play in college, academics is a big part and have worked hard in my classes to earn a 3.72 cumulative GPA.
