Hello! My name is Avery Jobelius. I am the starting offensive lineman for the Ashwaubenon High School Varsity football team. During sophomore year, I was a backup tackle for the Varsity team and worked my way up to a starting position for the final 2 games of the season. Junior year was my breakout year! I spent time working on my footwork, speed, strength and agility. That year I started at both right and left tackle. This showed versatility in my abilities to change positions. I am continuing to train to make it the best senior year.
I am also on the leadership team to hone my leadership skills and to make our team the best it can be.
In addition to football I’ve been involved in Rugby for 8 years with Green Bay Leprechauns Rugby Club who is ranked #33 in the U.S. for High School Rugby Club. During this time I’ve learned how important team cohesiveness is to competitive sports. We were D1 State Champions in 2021 and placed 2nd in 2022.
I am interested in studying Chemistry and Psychology in college.
