Matthew Brennan '16 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember, playing football at the next level has always been an aspiration of mine. I work hard at improving myself at every possible opportunity, on the field, off the field, and in the classroom. Training wise, I work out 5-6 times per week. I would like to go to a college where the competition for sports is high and intense. I will really go anywhere for college, as long as I will be able to continue playing football there. I also would like to go to a school with good academics. Profession wise, I would like to be a firefighter or some other job where i do not have to sit behind a desk all day.

Last season as a sophomore on JV I only gave up 8 passes at cornerback, even though it was my first time ever playing that position. For the previous 6 years I had only played at running back. However, next year on varsity I will most likely play a safety position.
