I have been raised in northern Wisconsin with a family who taught me a love of the outdoors, sports, and family values. My parents have shown me the results of hard work and dedication in all areas of their lives. I have had the privilege of hunting and fishing since I was very young, and started playing football in 8th grade. I discovered a natural love and talent in football and worked hard to earn a starting position on the Varsity team when I was a sophomore. I work extremely hard and practice my heart out for my goals. I even get my little brother involved in playing backyard football with me. As my senior year football season approaches, I can’t believe that this will be my last year in football. When I think about my secondary education, I visualize playing for my college team and being a part of a football family. I cannot imagine my life without football in it.
My family is a big influence on me. Spending time with them is a favorite way to enjoy my weekends. Schoolwork and grades are also a significant part of my daily life. I believe that maintaining a high GPA shows dedication and commitment to my education. In my spare time, I am an avid duck hunter, fisherman and deer hunter. I love the outdoors and would love to begin life after college as an environmental biologist. I try to live a balanced life of football, family, and hunting.
