2015 HighlightI intend nothing short of getting a great education while playing the sport I love. What that education will provide, or in what particular field, is hard to say right now. I can say that I will give it the 100 percent dedication I always have.
I’ve played classical, Suzuki Violin since age 4. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe. That took 3 years of hard training, with the final test being 4 grueling hours during which I was having a gall-bladder attack. I Am an Order of the Arrow member, and became an Eagle Scout in February of 2017. Only 2% make it to this point. I have to admit, despite my primary dedication to school and my extracurricular activities of football and Tae Kwon Doe, I was glad to get this done 1 month before the age cut off at 18.
This is not meant to boast, but to give you a sense of me, my discipline, and my focus. Healthy or dinged, I have always played wherever my coaches needed me, even in one year playing JV Offense on Thursdays, and Varsity Defense Friday nights.
I am the TKD principle of Indomitable Spirit. From the first snap of my first game in 4th grade, I have never given up. No matter what the scoreboard. I don’t give up. I will not let my teammates, coaches, and most importantly, myself down. As long as there is one second on the clock, I do not give up, in football or in life. Thank you for reading about me.
