What makes me stand out from other athletes is that I don't view football as not only a passion or past time but as a way of learning how to become a well rounded adult. Football has not only taught me how to been an effective athlete but as to be an effective hardworking leader. With the skills I have learned through football so far, I have becoming a very hard worker who is prepared for whatever life throws at me as well as helping me build strong character. Football has instilled a strong work ethic that I carry not only in athletics and academics but in my personal life with whatever task I put my mind too.
I also differ from other athletes because I have faced adversity in my time playing football. Throughout football I had often gone games not even playing quarterback and sometimes not even getting into the game at all. I didn't let this hold me back and got in the gym to work even harder. I personally have a chip on my shoulder and never believe in stopping at mediocrity. I hold myself to a high standard and will never stop working even after I achieve my goals.
