Off season strength and agility

I’ve done 5 years of strength and agility training during the off season of football. They consist of 2 hours of hard work the first hour includes ladder footwork, cone drills, hurdle drills, and circuits of running. The second hour consists of lifting, some common exercises that are done are back squats, bench, and deadlifts.
High school football/lacrosse lifting

In these workouts they usually consist of ladders, cones, and stairs as well as at least a 30 minute lifting period. When lifting the most common exercises are front squats, dumbbell incline bench, and shoulder presses.
