I am a hard-working team player who chooses the option that best benefits my team, even at my own expense.  I am dedicated to becoming the best I can be as a student athlete and student is before athlete for a reason.  I also positively support my teammates.  I think it is important to encourage positive outcomes and to learn from mistakes.
