Jaden Anthony '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jaden Anthony I currently attend Olds college, in Olds Alberta. I played one year for the ACAC men's basketball team here at Olds. Basketball is in my blood, and has been a huge part of my life. I have an immense Passion and love for the game,  I hope to continue my collegiate career and grow as an athlete and a student.  

I play mainly as a point guard,  due to my vision and ability to make the right pass, I can handle the ball, shoot the ball well, control the tempo, and get into set offences. I enjoy the defensive side of the floor and the challenge of guarding the best player on the floor. I am a very vocal player especially on the defensive side. I know the game very well due to my own coaching experience and from growing up in a basketball family. I have always been a key player on any team I have played for and I am versatile enough to fit into almost any scheme.  

As a player I am fully committed to the team and will give you 110% in every drill, practice, and game.  I am very much a team player and find building strong and trusting relationships with the team of the up most importance. I am very vocal on and off the floor which lead me to be named one of two captains  in my senior year.  I am always looking for an opportunity to show off my work ethic and dedication.

I am always striving to better myself as a person, an athlete, and as a student. I hope to achieve this through the teachings and facilities provided from the collegiate level.
