I Quinton Smith will be a great asset to any team because I am team player. I consider myself a leader, hard worker, dedicated player. I strive for excellence my parent tell me everyday to give it my all. I'm a good leader because I always encourage my fellow players to push harder never give up. I give 100% to accomplish my goals I won't give up. I was nominated to help work with younger kids to teach them the fundamental of basketball.
