Elijah Hunt '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Elijah. I'm a 6'6", 190lb small forward based out of British Columbia, Canada. I love basketball with every inch of me and have ever since the 6th grade. My aspirations and goals have never flown through the roof, yet I like to think, why do something and not excel or enjoy doing it, and for me to enjoy doing this, I gotta be more than just an average basketball player. I will hopefully lead our team back to Okanogans with my scoring ability being such a tall, yet speedy jump-shooting small forward center-piece, while also maximizing my teams potential and always making the right decision for the win. I am a loud and confident player who jumps at the idea of isolation, while loving to consistently get good looks for his team also. From early years of training, to now my ball handling, passing, and jumpshooting have all jumped considerably, making me a hard matchup for almost any defender. I am OVERALL, a humble team player that respects his coaches and is always willing to hear insight in regard to bettering my game. I wish to enter a bachelors degree in arts, with my major being psychology because I love thinking and new ideas. I would love to play at the highest possible level of basketball in the States, yet as I said, very humbled and happy with all doors open.
