I’m a student at Livermore High School, class of 2025. I fell in love with basketball in the fourth grade. I value this sport because of the lessons I learn on and off the court. I’m a quick-thinking guard who can read the court and find the open man, but can also drive and score. Staying positive and keeping good energy is important because I know it will impact my teammates. I always make sure that none of my teammates are being picked on or left out because negativity spreads like wildfire. I lead by doing. I am working on my athletic and explosive capacity with a performance strengthening coach. In addition, I have been practicing Taekwondo since I was five and earned a second degree black belt at the age of 12. This martial art has helped sharpen my balance, flexibility, and perseverance. Many of my team coaches and my personal basketball trainer tell me that I am easy to coach; I value learning and improving. Playing in college has been a lifelong dream that I am committed to making come true.
