James La '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to make it into a Division 1 school, through a scholarship. I want to get an opportunity to show I have what it takes to compete with the best players. With my willingness to work hard and learn from all my mistakes, I believe that I can get to the highest level of basketball.

As a player, I am willing to take any advice from others to improve my game to the next level.  As of on the court, I feel like my versatility on offense and my hustle and drive sets me apart from others. Offensively, I can drive to the basket well with either hand, while still being able to knock down outside jumpers.  Also, my hustle and passion to win helps out on both ends of the court, from being able to become an even bigger threat on the offensive end to being able to chase down loose balls on defense.

Academically, I feel like I've been good at balancing school and sports. I am able to consistently work on my game while maintaining a 3.75 or higher GPA.
