  • I take5-6 individual training per week of 1.5 to 2hour duration. Each session builds in overall skills development and reading game-like situations which also plays into the team system. Ball handling, shooting and game situation reads.

  • My team training includes the QSL league. Known as the Queensland state league, my teams focus on lots of ball movement, kick out, and full-court defense. Travel across the state, one of the highest. competitions in the state. 2 times a week for 2 hrs.

  • Works on Coming off-screen games like catch and shoots, ball handling into pull ups, Passing, and static ball handling. hundreds of make per session. 4 times a week for 1.5hrs
