Christian Barksdale '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches. My name is Christian Barksdale. I am a former guard the Camden County College Cougars Basketball team. 

DEFENSE SETS ME APART FROM OTHER GUARDS! I can defend much bigger players. 

I am a very poised ball handler who controls the floor with change of pace dribbling and a high basketball IQ. I am an inspiring team player with very good basketball instincts and skills. I have a 40% 3-point field goal percentage and a great mid-range pull-up. I am a great passer who sees the entire court. I play great defense as well as score consistently on all three levels on the floor. I can rebound really well against bigger opponent.

Two of my goals are to earn my degree in Business and play on a college basketball team where I can improve as a player and teammate.

I play smart, aggressive and instinctively. I give off great energy and will take the shot to give my team the victory. I encourage everyone around me and give positive advice to players who may not see a lot of playing time. Overall, I am a smart student of the game, an encouraging teammate and a great leader.
