Cade Long '18 Recruiting Profile

I would like to further my education at a good school, earn a degree, or more, and continue to play the game I love.  I have, and will continue to work hard both in the classroom, and on and off the court.  I will be an asset to any program due to my character, upbringing, and dedication to bettering the team and my future.

This past freshman season, I was the sixth man on the varsity, starting a few times.  My confidence on the court grew as the season progressed and the results showed in my improvement.  Until this spring, I had always played baseball, in addition to basketball.  But the success over the past couple of years I have had in travel basketball, and this past season at school, increased my desire to concentrate on the one sport I desire to play at the next level, basketball.

I look forward to growing both as a person and a player over the next three years in high school.  I am excited to see what the future holds and finding a college that mutually fits.  I will continue to work toward my goals of being an outstanding citizen in my community, student in the classroom, and teammate in the locker room, as well as on the floor.
