Basketball has always been my passion since I was eight years old. When I was 14, I became the team captain of my travel basketball team. Over the years, I have enhanced my skills and built my confidence while playing in different teams. I am a skilled dribbler with great vision and passing skills. With a shooting percentage of 78-80% and 6-8 assists per game, I am always looking to better my best. I have been mentored and guided by excellent coaches, among them, a former 8-year NBA Player, Coach Lorenzo Williams. Currently, I play in my school’s Varsity Basketball Team under Coach James Williams. I am confident that my talent and penchant for working hard will impact your program positively.
Currently, I am a senior attending Saint John Paul II, Boca Raton Florida and have a GPA of 3.3 with SAT score of 1060. Further, I am an A/B honor student and a member of the National Society of High School Scholars, whose membership was based on my exemplary academic achievement at Grandview Preparatory School in 2018.
I plan to attend college in the fall of 2020, and I would, therefore, be delighted to have you consider me for your program. I look forward to hearing from you.
