I am a faith-driven, dedicated student-athlete (6’5, 190 pounds; c/o 2023 combo guard) that strives to be the hardest worker in the classroom and on the basketball court, with my sights set on attending a four-year university to play Division-1 basketball and earn a degree in economics/finance. As a lockdown defender and natural athlete with great range and solid footwork, I have the ability to dominate on both ends of the court, change the momentum of a game when needed, and score from anywhere on the floor, finishing strong at the rim and shooting effective mid-range and three-point shots. Importantly, I am coachable with an unmatched work ethic, welcoming every opportunity for constructive criticism. In college, I also hope to volunteer. Serving the community has always been important to my family and me, and I want to uphold this value during my collegiate career. “Dominate everything” is my mentality in the classroom and on the court, as I refuse to settle for mediocrity yet always seek opportunities to improve. From nightly cold tubs to acupuncture to a good diet and plenty of rest, I am dedicated to taking care of my body off the court. Not only do I seek personal improvement, but I continually look toward how to make my classmates and teammates better. Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, and the classroom and basketball court allow me to exercise selflessness, work on my social skills, and remain a good listener. Ultimately, my goal is to become a professional basketball player. I am ready and willing to sacrifice time and commit to maintaining great health and habits to achieve this goal.
