Matthaios Andreopoulos '24 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coaches,

My name is Matthaios Andreopoulos, and I am a Senior at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Class of 2024. My passion is to play collegiate basketball at a university that fosters academic and athletic excellence. I am a well-rounded individual with excellent work ethic both in the classroom and on the basketball court. During my first three years in high school, I have maintained a straight A’s GPA (4.66 weighted GPA on a 4.0 scale) while taking several honors courses in math and social sciences. I made the Varsity Basketball team in my freshman year and as a sophomore I was a significant contributor to our varsity team’s successful season (20 wins). I work on my game daily through individual and team-based training (travel and high school level) and I have gained the trust of my coaches by putting my team first, executing under pressure, being accountable, and supporting my teammates. I am eager to learn and improve my skills both on and off the court and pursue my dream to play college basketball.
