Jalen Whitfield '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1 combo guard and play either position.  I am currently living in Homestead,  Florida.  I am a starter on the Keys Gate Charter Varsity team since 2016 as a Sophomore.  My current GPA is a 3.2 GPA  and will continue to rise as I take my ACT. I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and the basketball court. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of physical education. Ideally, my academic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team. Like most athlete's an opportunity to go to school at a Division 1 level is the ultimate goal school, I am completely fine with attending Division 2 or 3 schools.
