Personal Statement
My name is Kenneth Cole Patterson. I’m a 6’4 senior, weighting 184lbs, on the Varsity basketball team at Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, FL. Shooting guard and small forward are my specialty positions, however I can also play point guard and center. I have competed and will continue to compete in AAU tournaments. My coaches have stated I’m the most versatile on the team. I have attached my highlight video below. I average 8pts, 6 rebounds, 1 steal, 2 blocks, and 5 assist per game. I’ve shown significant improvement this past summer and look forward to increasing my stats this upcoming season.
I have been recognized as a great leader and listener academically and athletically since elementary school. I am a natural leader who maintains a positive attitude and encourage my team mates often. I have held captain positions during my basketball career and remained an honor student throughout high school. I’ve been on the national junior honor society and a member of Empowering Males to Build Opportunities for Developing Independence (E.M.B.O.D.I) since 2018. My current GPA is a 3.52 and most recently a member of the Spanish Honor Society. I would love for you to come see me play during the regular season and an opportunity to work out with the team.
