Nathaniel Houston III '24 Recruiting Profile

Receiving my college degree is very important to me and my future. My parents never accept C's on my report cards, so Im conditioned to do high level work. I know it will pay off later on, so I definitely want that to continue. I'd also love to go to a college to play basketball and compete on the highest levels possible. I love the process of putting in work and getting better. I'm a laid back guy off the court, but I have a high motor and intensity on the court. I like to be impactful on both sides of the ball as I consider myself a two-way player. My dad always taught me that defense wins games and offense sells tickets. I like to do both! Offensively, I can create to get my teammates buckets if thats whats asked of me, but I also can go get a bucket myself if the situation calls for it. I've been told I use my speed and shiftiness well to get to where I need to on the court and I have a nice jumpshot. Defensively, I usually lead my team in defensive touches and steals. I've excelled both academically and athletically so far, and I plan to continue that trend.
