I think I'll make a great addition to any team because I am a dependable and coachable player. I strive to give my all on and off the court. I believe I stand out from other recruits because I am conscious of my shortcomings and willing to work to change my opportunities into strengths. With my limited years of basketball experience I feel that you will be able to rely on me to play more than one position as I am interchangeable. I can spread the floor while still being able to play inside making me a versatile player. My goal is to play basketball at the highest level possible and be an asset to any organization that I’m blessed to be a part of!

So he's transitioning to develop his skills in ball handling, shooting and increasing his IQ in order to play the 3 position. With limited time to train and being programmed to play at the 5 position, Willie has made big improvements.
