Luke Magri '19 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to be the best basketball player that I can be on and off the court.  I'm determined to continually push myself to always perform at the highest level.  I plan on learning a lot as well.  I hope to work along side some of the best in the business so that I may grow and become a great player.

What makes me a good candidate for a collegiate team is that I'm versatile.  I can shoot and get into the lane and finish.  I'm different from other recruits in that I'm an excellent listener and as a result, I make smart plays, and get my teammates going early in games.   I can handle pressure, and shoot with confidence.

Additionally, It's extremely important for me to stay focused in the classroom, as well as, on the court.   After long daily practices, I study several hours a day so that my grades never keep me from playing the sport I love.   And it is my hope, that my dedication to both worlds, lands me an invited to a school that leads to opportunities in the professional athletic arena.
