Mika Drown '27 Recruiting Profile

Im a 16 year old 6'0 156lbs Point guard, born in Philadelphia, PA. I am currently located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and am open to camps, Training camps, AAU teams, clubs, and case by case Travel basketball. Im a poinguard who loves to create for my teammates, all i want is to win. If winning means i have to score less and get less highlights for myself, so be it, all i want is for my teammates to be confortable with my playstyle and same for my coaches. As for my offensive game, i pride myself in my ability to create in the paint, score off isolation (im not a ball hog i promise), execute plays, involve my teammates and shoot high efficency from the free throw line. I am also a good 3pt shooter, though i am currently in the process of re-making my jump shot. My playstyle has often been compared to NBA players like Jordan Poole, Mike Conley, and a little bit of Kyrie Irving. Jordan Poole though, is by far the biggest part of my game. I love the way he plays and does anything on the court. I can also play defense, though i am not to judge my own skill, but id say im pretty good overall. My freshman year i averaged 9pts per game before i became a Junior Varsity starter and averaged 15.3pts and 5.5ast and 2.0reb per game in the same year. I am currently not on a team as i recently moved from Pensacola, FL to Fort Lauderdale.
