KJ Saunders '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a 20yo Recruit who graduated in Mcdonough, GA but moved around a lot throughout my school years. I’m a very passionate and tenacious athlete that plays the game for a bigger purpose. I didn’t get to have the dream highschool career I always wanted due to moving around so much and also Injuries. I committed to play at Arkansas Baptist College but ended up leaving shortly after arriving due to suffering a season ending injury and also due to the lack of comfort going to the school. I currently am a self employed barber who got kicked out of my parents home and am just trying to get my life back on track. Nothing would make me more happy than to be able to compete and play basketball at the collegiate and possibly even pro level. I take pride in my ability to shoot the ball and also defend on the ball. Some things I will say I need to work on is pace and my ball handle. I am a nitty gritty get on the floor kind of player and would love to bring my passion for the game to a school.
